Botanical Illustration: Summer Roses – one day workshop at Mannings Heath

Workshops start at 10am and finish at 3.30pm. Refreshments provided and a light lunch included.

Suitable for all abilities.

This popular annual workshop is always a summer delight. We will study a selection of wild and cultivated roses and explore methods for drawing their forms and structures accurately. The workshop will also cover colour matching and watercolour painting techniques, and how to arrange your studies in an appealing composition.
